Born in 1964, members of Chinese Communist Party. Guangtan joined State-owned Zhejiang Huzhou Grain and Oil factory after discharging from the army. During his term at the factory, working as headofficer of supplychain&marketing department, Guangtan accumulated abundant experience in the field of natural extracted oil and their derivatives (rice bran wax, oryzanol, phytosterol...). After the factory was dismissed by government, Guangtan started to integrate his abundant resources to focus on manufacturing Policosanol and further developing its industrial chain. In the meantime, Guangtan successfully got himself into the health industry and have been trading other health ingredients with customers worldwide.
